Ms. Maples came to Corinth Rehabilitation after being diagnosed with heart failure. She exhibited generalized weakness and was unable to complete her daily tasks or walk without assistance.

After working very hard with our therapy team, she can move independently, has gained independence in every-day task completion, and feels secure during mobility.

The therapy team is very proud of Ms. Maples rapid progress and her high level of motivation. Prior to therapy she was unable to cook a meal for herself at home. With the use of our full kitchen in the gym, she has demonstrated independence in meal prep and was successful in cooking several meals allowing her to be independent in her return to home.
