Ms. Nelson admitted to Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway after a fall, due to lower back pain. She exhibited core and leg weakness and a minimal amount of assistance by caregivers to complete everyday tasks.

Physical and Occupational Therapist created a specialized plan of care to maximize her functional performance outcomes. Ms. Nelson is now able to walk with the use of a standard walker and she can complete tasks of daily living independently.

She is most excited to return home with her son.
