“Congratulations on your achievements Mr. Conroy”

Mr. Conroy had incredible therapeutic care at Corinth Rehab. His plan of care was specialized by Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.

Mr. Conroy made great progress including being able to transfer by himself and improve his diet and swallow function.  He worked extremely hard and surpassed many of his goals allowing him to safely discharge home with his wife.

 We are so proud of Mr. Conroy and all the accomplishments he made during his stay here.
